Acrylic nails usually need infills every two weeks, although they can last up to a month with care. Regular appointments help keep your nails looking their best.

Acrylic extensions involve adding plastic tips to lengthen your nails, then covering with acrylic. Overlays use the same product but are applied directly to your natural nails — perfect if you’re happy with your nail length.

I always recommend overlays where possible. They give your natural nails a chance to grow strong and look beautiful, with a more natural finish.

Not at all — that’s a myth! As long as you moisturise and look after your nail beds, your natural nails will stay healthy underneath. I always encourage clients to use cuticle oil regularly to nourish and protect.

Moisturise daily using a cuticle oil, balm, or serum — especially around the nail bed. It makes a big difference in keeping your nails healthy and strong.
